Malvern CSD Transportation Schedule 2007-2008
Rural Bus Routes
Malvern Buses for Country Routes will leave Malvern at 6:45 A.M. and arrive back in Malvern before 7:55 A.M.
Students on country routes will be notified as to their specific pick-up and drop off times before school starts.
Middle School Routes to Nishna Valley
Two bus routes will deliver Middle School students (Grades 5-8) to Nishna Valley.
All Middle School students will load one of these two buses at the High School before 8:00 A.M. The buses will depart at 8:00 A.M. and arrive in Nishna Valley about 8:15 A.M.
All Middle School students will load one of these two buses at 3:25 in Nishna Valley for the return to Malvern at the end of the school day. They should arrive back in Malvern at 3:40 P.M.
Activity Bus Routes
Nishna Valley will run an activity bus that will leave the Middle School in Nishna Valley at about 4:15 P.M. and bring Middle School students who are in activities back to Malvern. The bus should arrive at the High School in Malvern at about 4:30 P.M.
Malvern will run an activity bus that will leave the High School in Malvern at about 6:15 P.M. and bring the High School students who are in activities back to Nishna Valley. The bus should arrive at Nishna Valley at about 6:30 P.M.
Town Bus Routes
A Town Route will be provided for the convenience of families that live in Malvern. This route will run both before and after school. Stops that follow are listed with approximate pick up and drop off times.
Trailer Court at 96 Main Street (7:30/4:05)
T & N Park(7:34/4:01)
The Corner of 3rd and Marion (7:38/3:57)
Boehner Park(7:42/3:53)
Old J & N Plant at 3rd Avenue and 7th Street (7:45/3:50) **These times are approximate so be there a little early.
Malvern Manor at 9th Street and 2nd Avenue (7:49/3:46)
North Side of Chantry Elementary (7:51/3:44)
EastMills High School(7:55/3:40)
Chantry Elementary Schedule
School will start at 8:30 A.M. and dismiss at 3:30 P.M. Students who ride buses will be held and supervised at Chantry until the bus arrives to pick them up at about 3:45 P.M. Specific pick-up and drop off times for students who ride rural bus routes will be made available before school starts.
EastMills High SchoolSchedule
School will start at 8:20 A.M. and dismiss at 3:25 P.M. Students who ride buses will wait at the High School until the bus arrives to pick them up at about 3:45 P.M. Specific pick-up and drop off times for students who ride rural bus routes will be made available before school starts.
** The transportation system will be re-evaluated after the first week of school and we will make any needed adjustments.
